Four persons were nabbed for illegal fishing in the waters of Barangay Zone 15, Talisay City, Negros Occidental. They were Jay Acha, 42; Joseph Gonzales, 54; Ermelito Dela Cruz, 47; and Richard Acha, 36 - all residents of Barangay Banago. Officers of the city's Bantay Dagat Task Force caught the suspects on March 5.
