The Coast Guard has completed cleaning the oil spill in eight barangays in Rosario town, Cavite last Tuesday. The eight barangays are Muzon 1, Muzon 2, Kanluran, Sapa 1, Sapa 2, Sapa 3, Wawa 2, and Wawa 3. Commander Armand Balilo, Coast Guard spokesman, said they are now set to move to Tanza, and then to Naic and Ternate, all in Cavite. Some 500,000 liters of diesel spilled into the sea and affected the four towns.
