    Nine fishermen were apprehended for illegally fishing in the coastal village of Pamarawan, recently. Senior Supt. Joel Orduna, officer in charge provincial police director of Bulacan province, said that the that nine fishermen were apprehended by members of the city's Bantay Dagat and intelligence operatives of the police station of Malolos City who were conducting patrol mission on its coastal waters. The patrol team spotted a motorboat with a marking of Dan Israel fishing suspiciously off the coast of Barangay Pamarawan; the motorboat tried to elude the patrolling team.
