Now, milkfish broodstock (breeders) can be transported to distant places safely and easily. A safe and easy technique of moving bangus breeders has been developed by researchers of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD). The procedure "promises ease of operation and ensures unnecessary injury or death to the fish," said Dr. Arnil Emata, SEAFDEC AQD scientist.
