The government-hosted, Tigbauan, Iloilo-based Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center-Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD) recently launched new publications on the culture of grouper (lapu-lapu), mudcrab (alimango), shrimp, and tilapia during the celebration of its 27th anniversary.
