The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (Seafdec), which has one of its Aquaculture Departments (AQD) here, announced that it has a new member country. Panu Tavarutmaneegul, Secretary-General of Seafdec, revealed that Indonesia is the newest member-country of the organization.
