    "The prawn industry may regain its sunshine industry title", said Dan Baliao of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC/AQD) to the participants of the Fisheries Technology Caravan held in Naga City last September 21. Baliao was referring to the verification results of the intensive shrimp farming using environmental problems. The techno-caravan is being held in Region V (Naga), VII (Tacloban), XIII (Butuan), X (Misamis), XII (Iligan), IX (Dipolog) and IV (Batangas).
