The representatives of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD) led by Chief Dr. Rolando Platon answered questions on aquaculture addressing problems on food security and poverty during the regular Budyong Kapehan at Hotel del Rio last August 25. Dr. Platon was joined by Mr. Dan Baliao, Mr. Renato Agbayani, AD/Finance and TID Head, respectively, and Dr. Teodora Bagarinao. Dr. Platon focused his discussion on SEAFDEC's accomplishments and programs.
