Speaker Manuel Villar leads the formal launching of the Iloilo Stae College of Fisheries' SEAFDEC Fisheries Book Project during its 22nd Foundation Anniversary along with SEAFDEC chief Dr. Rolando Platon. Villar who served as keynote speaker urged the ISCOF community to participate actively in partnership with the government as one of the premier education institutions for Fisheries and Marine Science Education and help the country to achieve a sustainable and equitable economic growth.
