local.description | The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) is now initiating the Regionalization of the Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries (RCCRF). To better adapt to the local fishery problems, the RCCRF specifies fishery situations in the region that includes SEAFDEC member countries and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). This is prior to the implementation of the Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries (CCRF) which was adopted by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Conference in 1995. | en |
