The mangrove planting along with coastal clean-up were the activities spearheaded by the provincial government in celebrating the Month of the Ocean. According to Atty. Arturo Cangrejo, Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) OIC head, they aim to plant 1.5 million trees and mangroves before the year ends.en
