The winning streak of researches from the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC-AQD) continues. AQD Senior Scientist, Dr. Jurgenne H. Primavera, won the Best Published Paper in aquaculture category with her paper entitled "Tropical shrimp farming and its sustainability" during the14th Dr. Elvira O. Tan Memorial Research Awards. Likewise, AQD researches Didi B. Baticados and Renato F. Agbayani, won the Best Published Paper in Marine Fisheries Category with their paper entitled " Fishing cooperatives in Capiz, central Philippines: their importance in managing fishery resources."
