Thirteen more local government unit (LGU) officials in Western Visayas completed recently a training course on Sustainable Aquaculture and Coastal Resource Management (SACRMA). The training program is being implemented by the Tigbauan, Iloilo-based Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Council Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD), Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), and Panay Foundation PROCESS.
