A theme park dedicated to the environment education of the people will be opened to the general public on July 7. The opening of the park, officially named "Fish-World," will be one of the highlights of the July 6-7 celebration of the 27th anniversary of the Tigbauan, Iloilo-based, government-hosted Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD). The heart of "FishWorld" is a 1,000-square-meter-wide edifice with fis-shaped facade along the national highway that slices the sprawling seaside SEAFDEC AQD complex situated 24 kilometers west of Iloilo City.
