Protesters yesterday scuffled with security guards of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (Seafdec) during a protest rally calling for the ouster of two top officials of the center here. Michael Miranda, 31, said he was a nightstick by a security guard he identified only as "Leonor." He said the guard had challenged the protesters to a fight before striking him.
