Buyuan, Tigbauan said yesterday that the barangay residents have prepared a petition to the Tigbauan SB to declare Baliao persona non grata, or a "fully unacceptable or unwelcomed person", in Brgy. Buyuan where the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) is located. In their petition, the residents said they are asking that Baliao be declared persona non grata for insulting the barangay folks by calling them in public as "mango (stupid)" and "talawit (incorrigible cowards)".en
