The officials of Barangay Buyuan in Tigbauan has declared as "persona non grata" an executive of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (Seafdec/AQD) because of his alleged "arrogance." Village head Mor Miranda said they passed a resolution declaring Dan Baliao, head of Seafdec/AQD finance and administration division, such as as he reportedly harassed their barangay tanods. She said the resolution, sponsored by Councilman Manny Mamon, is now being circulated in the barangay for the signature of the residents.
