    Seafdec official challenges Bayan

    Abstract
    The Head of the administration and finance of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) yesterday challenged the militant group Bayan-Panay to lash back at the protesting scientists in the same way they hit the officials of the center. Dan Baliao yesterday challeged the cause oriented group to do the same to the protesting scientists who are badmouthing him and Dr. Rolando Platon, chief ofthe SEAFDEC's Aquaculture Department. Baliao and Platon were recently informed by Col. Leo Fojas, chief of the Armed Forces of the Philippine's (AFP) Task Force Panay, that the protesters are alrady in filtrated by militant organizations like Bayan-Panay.
