    Excerpt
A storm is not only brewing, but raging at the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (Seafdec) at Tigbauan town with its center wind engulfing its head Dr. Rolando Platon on one hand and a group of scientists on the other. For weeks now, the scientists have made the front of the Museo de Iloilo every afternoon as venue of their continuing protests against their superior demanding his head. It's only under the watch of Platon that Seafdec began substantially to reach out to communities in terms of technology transfer and learning experiences.
