This is in reaction to the opinion of Dr. Teodora Bagarinao of the Seafdec Aquaculture Department (AQD) which appeared in your newspaper's March 20-21, 23 and 24 issues. Being AQD Chief Dr. Rolando Platon's newly appointed Training and Information Division (TID) head, perhaps Bagarino now sees her role as Platon's mouthpiece. And, indeed, she has transformed into being one.
