From scientists to barangay folks, the clamor against top officials of the country's premier research facility in Tigbauan erupted anew. With the ouster of Dan Baliao, division chief at SEAFDEC, still the common call, the locals' "uprising" was triggered by a sorry case of mistaken identities.
