    About a hundred liters of bunker fuel spilled into the Pasig River in Manila, Briefly causing panic Saturday night among some residents in Pandacan and Sta. Ana, who thought it was a liquefied petroleum gas leak. The oil spill originating from a warehouses of the L & M Merchandising in Sta. Ana was contained yesterday, according to the Coast Guard. Cmdr. Armand Balilo, Coast Guard spokeman, yesterday said initial findings showed the spill was caused by a busted pipe.
