Customs Commissioner Angelito Alvarez said consignee Exequiel Navarro will be facing suits for violation of Republic Act 8550, or the Philippine Fisheries of 1998. Alvarez added that Navarro can be a state witness if the consignee identifies the owner/s of the illegal shipments of marine species.en
