    Excerpt
Former Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert Del Rosario yesterday said a joint inquiry by Manila and Beijing into the June 9 sinking of a Filipino fishing boat by c Chinese vessel at the Recto Bank in the South China Sea is a move that "defies logic" and one that should not pursued by government. "The way it is being approached, it defies logic. You have one party that is looking for the truth and another party that is out to suppress it, so it's not going to work," he said in an interview with ANC News Channel.
