    Excerpt
Regardless of the opinion of others on the maritime dispute in the West Philippine Sea, including Cabinet members, the Duterte administration has only one stand, and that is the stand of President Dterte, Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo said yesterday. Panelo, concurrent presidential spokesman, said there should be no confusion about the government's policy on the maritime dispute if one would just listen to the President.
