This has been the case for Joel Paloso for the past two decades. What started out as his passion, Mr. Paloso is now a household name in the remote municipality of Dilasag, Aurora because of his contributions to fishers in the area. Mr. Paloso started out as a simple fisherman diving for lobsters. Eventually, he and his wife, Janet, opted to go into the fishing business full-time.
