This was Ilongga senator Loren Legarda's message, delivered by former Antique governor Sally Perez, during the inauguration and blessing of the Coral Reef Restoration and Dive Center in Brgy. Nato here recently. Nogas Island is a 24-hectare island of the coast of this town and is a 15-minute ride from Brgy. Nato.
