    Excerpt
The entire province of Pangasinan is now red tide-free after waters off its eastern coast have been cleared of a high concentration of algae by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR). Laboratory analyses of water samples from the coast of Bolinao, Anda, Alaminos City and Bani showed that the toxicity level of the sea has gone back to normal.
