    Iloilo plans to establish crab hatchery

    The province of Iloilo is planning to replicate the technology of Negros Occidental in the conservation of blue crabs. Provincial Administrator Raul Banias said he already met with Provincial Agriculture Office head Ildefonso Toledo to discuss about the operation of a Blue Swimming Crab Hatchery. Banias said they will send two aquaculture staff of PAO to Escalante City to observe and learn more about the technology.
