Every day, Rohniel Estevez, chief operating officer of Legazpi City’s Integrated Coastal Resource Management (ICRM), serves as guardian of the sea. Estevez and his crew–rescue diver Dabbie Olimpo, diver Christian Talde and boat captain Rachel Belaza–patrol the Albay Gulf and remove plastic wastes washed to the shore.
