    Should the Philippines join the United States in its campaign to counter China’s actions in the South China Sea? Washington’s posse against Beijing’s reclamation and military deployment in disputed waters just got bigger, with Britain and France set to sail with the United States and its Quadrilateral allies, Japan, Australia and India, against what critics call Chinese militarization on the high seas.
