    UPV, SLSU sign MOU on collaborative agenda

    Southern Leyte State University (SLSU) and University of the Philippines Visayas inked their commitments to strengthen capability-building programs in fisheries and aquatic sciences and sustain technology development projects as they signed the Memorandum of Understanding on February 2, 2018. The signing was held at the UPV Tacloban College. UPV was represented by Chancellor Ricardo Babaran and Vice Chancellor for Research and Extension Rolly Fuentes. SLSU President Prose Ivy Guasa-Yepes signed on behalf of their institution and was witnessed by SLSU Vice President for Research, Development, and Extension, Francis Ann Sy.
