    Excerpt
Women work longer hours. A case study conducted by researchers of the Iloilo-based Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center's aquaculture department (Seafdec/AQD) showed that women in a flashing village work longer hours compared to men. This includes daily activities such as home management, community management, productive activity and rest and recreation.
