Now That a provincial freshwater fisheries development program is being implemented by the Iloilo provincial government, the aquaculture department of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (Seafdec), the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources and Pototan Municipal Agriculture and Fisheries Council (MAFC) is proposing a Native Catfish Industry Development for the municipality of Pototan.en
