The awarding of Certificates of Appreciation to Dumangas Mayor Rolando Distura was the highlight of the celebration of the Dumangas Brackishwater Station's first year anniversary last Wednesday, October 27. The Certificate was presented by Dr. Rolando Platon, AQD Chief and Mr. Susumu Ito, AQD Deputy Chief to Mayor Distura "in recognition of his invaluable support to the goals and objectives of SEAFDEC Aquaculture Department." TID Head, Mr. Rene Agbayani, welcomed the guests while RD Head Dr. Clarissa Marte gave a few words.
