This was revealed by two international aquaculture scientists in a keynote paper entitled "Responsible Aquaculture for the Next Millenium" at the recently concluded international seminar-workshop on Responsible Aquaculture Development in Southeast Asia (ADSEA'99) here in Iloilo City.
