The Technology Promotion Center will be holding a Field Day today at the Seafdec (Southeast Asian Fisheries and Development Center) Brackishwater Station at Punta Pulao, Dumangas, Iloilo. This field day is a joint project of the Landbank of the Philippines (LBP), the University of the Philippines in the Visayas (UPV), Seafdec, and Iloilo State College of Fisheries (ISCOF). The primary objective of this project is to promote mature and viable fishery technology developed and validated by the LBP, UPV, Seafdec, and ISCOF for possible adoption by farmer cooperative and rural entrepreneurs.
