    Sen. Miriam Santiago was among the first to sample the tilapia farm in Central Panay. Santiago was the guest of honor during the Spet. 27 harvest of the tilapia farm, which is a joint project of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (Seafdec), Central Panay Economic Unification (CPEU) Inc. and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources. The occasion also timed with the induction of officers of CPEU.
