Seventeen more establishments along Manila Bay were cited for violation of pollution laws, as the massive government-led cleanup of the area continued, authorities said Friday. Cease and desist orders were served on Makchang Korean Restaurant, Legend Seafood Restaurant and Networld Hotel, according to Laguna Lake Development Authority general manager Joey Medina. Notices of violation will also be issued to Harbour View Square, China Oceanis Inc Philippines - Manila Ocean Park, SM's Breeze Residences, Sofitel Philippine Plaza, Philippine International Convention Center, Midas Hotel and Casino, Carwash by Benjas, Sogo Hotel and Harrison Mansion, according to an LLDA order.
