Pasig River Rehabilitation Commission (PRRC) personnel pull out bundles of garbage from the shores of Manila Bay in Barangay 649, Baseco Compound in Tondo, Manila on Saturday (Feb. 16, 2019). The cleanup drive, organized by the Kilos Kabataan para sa Kalikasan (KALAKASAN) movement together with other government agencies, aims to engage the youth to help in the rehabilitation of Manila Bay.
