    Excerpt
After over a month of preparations, the long- delayed actual salvage operation for the minesweeper USS Adventure, which got stuck at the Tubbataha Reef, will finally push through, according to a Philippine Coast Guard official. Efren Evangelista, commander of the Coast Guard in Palawan province, confirmed this on Sunday, following the arrival from Singapore of the crane ship MT Jascon 25. “The ship is already on the site. It is being processed by Customs, Immigrations and Quarantine. Later tonight or tomorrow, actual operation will start,” he said.
