During the "Alay sa Mamamayan" program held in Imus City last Feb. 7, Agriculture Secretary Proceso Alcala said that under the agricultural development program for the province, the department would develop farmlands and fishing grounds through the provision of technical support, farm machinery, postharvest facilities and marketing assistance. The DA intends to revive and expand Cavite's coffee and vegetable industries and increase the production of green mussels and oysters along the coastal towns.en
