    Excerpt
The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) based in Olotayan Island denied its personnel extort fishes from bigtime fishing operators to allow them access to the city’s fish sanctuary projects. Petty Officer Jonathan Bornales said the accusations were fabricated to destroy the image of the PCG. Olotayan Barangay Captain Manuel “Bongbong” Aninang defended Bornales and said the allegations are not true.
