RACSO'S Woodland owner and former Congressman of the 1st district Oscar Garin personally served as the guide for the Southeast Asian Zoos Association (SEAZA) delegates during a tour conducted on January 10, 2001. The group proceeded to the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC-AQD) in Tigbauan, Iloilo where they viewed the contents of the center's museo. A 20-minute video presentation was presented to the visitors showing the operations and accomplishments of SEAFDEC.
