The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center/Aquaculture Department's (SEAFDEC/AQD) based in Tigbauan, Iloilo is opening its library On-Line Public Acess Catalogue (OPAC) on the web. This is part of the celebration of the office' 28th anniversary on July 4-6. The launching ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. on July 4. In afternoon of the same day, the annual Dean Dominiciano K. Villaluz Lecture will be delivered by Cong. Nereus Acosta of the 1st District of Bukidnon.
