SEAFDEC transfers aquatech to Cagayan

The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center-Aquaculture Department in Tigbauan, Iloilo is extending its aquaculture technology transfer not only in its host region, Western Visayas, but up yo Cagayan Valley in Region II. This was disclosed to Panay News by Information Officer Eva Aldon. SEAFDEC's reaction is in response to a call from the people of Cagayan through its provincial local government unit.
