    Excerpt
The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Centr-Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC-AQD) here is trying its best to convey the real essence of food security among the natives of the hinterlands in the province of Antique. This is being done by introducing upland aquaculture, incorporated in an integrated farm. Municipalities of Valderrama and San Remegio are recipient to SEAFDEC's tilapia culture and breeding confined in ponds which are strategically located in a 50 feet uphill.
