    Excerpt
The launching of the SEAFDEC Library's on-line public access catalogue (OPAC) on the web leads the series of activities lined for the celebration of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center/Aquaculture Department's (SEAFDEC/AQD) 28th anniversary on July 4-6, 2001 in Tigbauan, Iloilo. OPAC enables anyone interested in aquaculture to access library's collections over the internet 24 hours a day. It provides bibliographic information on book and journal collections and the table of contents of some special collections like books on mangroves and other SEAFDEC publications.
