    Some 20,000 villagers are expected to be employed in the country's first marine culture park that was launched this week in the Island Garden City of Samal. The P30-million Samal City government in cooperation with the Department of Agriculture and the Southeast Asian Fisheries and Development Center. Investors of the marine park are expected to tap the services of unemployed residents in the coastal villages.
