A government-hosted Southeast Asian center and nongovernment organization have renewed their working partnership aimed at boosting the development of Samar. The Tigbauan, Iloilo based Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD) and the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP) have signed another memorandum of agreement extending their working relationship for three more years.
